N-tier Solutions has been a life saver. I resigned from my last assignment in May 2014, to care for an ill family member. It had been over a year, since I had last been on assignment. Kayla reached out to me and was empathetic to my situation. She did not shun me or make me feel as if I would not be able to obtain work. In fact, Kayla was just the opposite. Her lively personality and encouraging words gave me the fire that I needed to get back into the workforce. She began to tell me about requisitions that were coming in and submitted me for positions that matched my skill set. Kayla was very punctual with feedback and updates. I never once had to reach out to her about questions on how the interview/on-boarding process was coming along. If Kayla was not present, then the account manager, Kevin, was available to answer my questions. I cannot forget about Kathryn, the HR manager.
